A note on payment safety

For off-plan purchases, payments are made only into the developer’s RERA-regulated escrow account named in your Sale and Purchase Agreement. We will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account. If anything is unclear, verify the escrow account and permit number before you pay.

Renders and imagery are illustrative and non-binding. The Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) prevails in case of any discrepancy.
