The content on this website is provided for general information about developments we represent. It is not a contractual offer, valuation or financial advice. Availability, prices, sizes, payment plans and handover dates are set by the developer, can change without notice, and are confirmed to you in writing on request. Renders and imagery are illustrative and non-binding. The Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Property purchases
Any purchase is governed by the developer’s reservation form and the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Payments for off-plan purchases are made into the developer’s RERA-regulated escrow account named in your SPA. We will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account.
Intellectual property
Project names, logos and renders belong to their respective developers and are used to describe the developments we represent. The rest of this website is the property of Elite Global Properties L.L.C.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and developer websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
